Precision Metal Stamping Services

Founded in 1992, Progressive Die & Stamping, Inc's precision metal stamping services offer unmatched expertise for cost-effectively providing close-tolerance parts. We operate a traditional internal tooling shop to ensure that all of our progressive die, deep drawn, forming, and blanking tools are well maintained and allow rapid, accurate production. Our facility is equipped with presses rated from 15-185 tons for stamping parts measuring 42" x 24" from .007-.250" thick or with a deep drawn depth of 5.0", all to within ±0.002" tolerances.

We are capable of executing a range of stamping techniques to fabricate parts from a wide range of metals. We also provide plating options such as nickel, tin, bright zinc, zinc, and yellow chromate. In addition we also offer a long list of other support capabilities, from design engineering to deburring, powder coating, heat treating, assembly, and packaging. Our ISO-certified quality system includes statistical process control inspection as well as dimensional gauging and material testing.

Family owned and operated, our agile and disciplined team approach enables us to optimize production efficiency to expedite turnaround times and keep costs extremely competitive. We handle the toughest of manufacturing challenges with precision and economy, and boast our quality management system as it has been developed over many years dedication to our customer needs.
