Progressive Die & Stamping, Inc operates a traditional tool shop that provides tool and die design and manufacturing services to support our stamping operations. Masters at their craft, our highly-skilled tooling professionals utilize advanced engineering software to create and fine tune designs to ensure precision fit and function. In addition to manufacturing blanking, forming, progressive, deep draw, swaging, and eyelet dies, we are experts at producing checking, welding, inspection, and assembly fixtures.

We work with a variety of hardened steels, and our shop is outfitted with precision boring, grinding, lapping, machining, and wire EDM equipment that we use to fabricate dies measuring up to 42" x 24" 12". The use of precision metrology equipment ensures we keep to within exacting ±.001" tolerances. In addition to design and manufacturing, we also provide tool history documentation, technical support, and take responsibility for maintaining the tooling at no additional cost to you.
